IAHSA looks forward to welcoming you to the Second European Conference in Vienna, Austria. Please read this information carefully to insure proper completion of your conference registration and hotel reservations.

Registration Fees:

Non Member	US$ 590	US$ 650

Pre-conference Workshop:
Tickets to the pre-conference workshop on M*Power are an additional US$50 for both members and non-members. Please sign up for the workshop when you register.

Registration fees include attendance at the IAHSA European Conference sessions, lunch on Thursday, and the reception/dinner on Thursday evening.

How to Register:
IAHSA is offering on-line and on-site registration.

Register On-line
Payment for the IAHSA conference is by credit card only (American Express, Visa, MasterCard). IAHSA is unable to process registration forms without credit card information.

On-line registration will close on 12 May 2008. Anyone wishing to register for the conference after this date will be able to do so on-site at the Regsitration Desk.

Registration Confirmation:
Your registration will be confirmed by e-mail within 24 hours of submission. Please bring your registration confirmation to Vienna.

Additional Tickets:
One ticket is included in the Full Conference registration. If you need additional tickets to the dinner on Thursday evening, they can be purchased when registering for the conference and are US$ 65 each. You can purchase tickets even after you register by following the instructions under How to Change or Cancel your Registration.

How to Change or Cancel your Registration:
To change or cancel your registration, please follow these instructions.

1. View the registration confirmation email that was sent when you registered.
2. Copy the confirmation number from the registration confirmation email.
3. Click on the link provided in the email to view the registration details.
4. Enter the confirmation number to access your registration details.
5. Click on the Modify / Unregister tab at the top and follow the pages.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Registration cancellations and refunds will be credited to your account within 10 business days. There are NO refunds for cancellations received after 8 May 2008.
